Custom plastic pallets with colour, logo printing (screen, hot stamping, laser), steel tubes and RFID chips. New sizes need a drawing and volume orders. Specified by importers and brand owners who need their own colour, marking or tracking on the pallet.
Standard customisation
• Colour matched to your brand or to a handling-area colour code
• Logo printing by screen printing, hot stamping or laser, on the deck or the block
• Steel tubes added through the deck and legs for racking loads
• RFID chip or tag fitted for storage and shipment tracking
• Name plates and moulded marking areas, so the print survives washing
Full custom sizes and designs
• New footprints, deck patterns and block layouts are tooled to your drawing
• Send the drawing together with the production requirements: load rating, handling method, stacking height, colour and marking
• Tooling is a separate charge and is not cheap, so a minimum order quantity is required before a new mould is opened

Ordering
For colour, printing, steel tubes or RFID on a standard pallet, send the model number and the quantity and we will quote with lead time. For a new size or design, send the drawing and the production requirements first; we will confirm the tooling cost, the minimum order quantity and the sample schedule before the mould is opened. Dimensions, load ratings and colour options are listed in the specification table below.
